IrelandFreyLouise Ireland-Frey*, M.D., has a background in biology and medicine. She began regression work in the mid-1950s, working over several hundreds of hours with a small group of friends, experimenting informally as both subject and investigator. Overcoming a years-long fatigue by means of a self-hypnosis course in 1978, she took professional training in hypnotherapy and began a new career at the age of 67, continuing to work with clients and experiment. She is now retired except for writing about her work and its results.
