Healing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Through
Regression Therapy:
Transgenerational Trauma, Intrauterine Life, Errant Souls and Energetic Reintegration

Gina Rodríguez (Spain)

Abstract – This case report describes the resolution of an obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) resistant to conventional treatment through conscious regression therapy. Laura (pseudonym) experienced persistent intrusive thoughts about sexual abuse by her father, with no real basis. Throughout three regression sessions, deep layers of trauma were addressed: sexual abuse in a past life linked to her family lineage, traumatic memories from intrauterine life with the presence of errant souls and intrusive entities that reinforced the obsessive idea. Protocols of soul release and elevation, recovery of soul fragments and complete energetic reintegration were applied. This therapeutic process resulted in sustained symptom relief and enhanced emotional well-being.

Introduction

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) often presents complex psychological roots and may resist conventional therapies when deep unresolved trauma exists. Conscious regression therapy is a structured process that allows access to and healing of hidden memories, past-life traumas and spiritual attachments that perpetuate anxiety and compulsions.

Method and Therapeutic Process

Three conscious regression sessions were carried out, using relaxation, energetic protection and subsequent integration. Each session combined dialogue with subconscious memories, release of attached souls, cleansing of energetic imprints and recovery of lost vital energy. In all regressions, the client fully surrendered to the experience, allowing herself to enter into emotional and physical catharsis, which favoured deep release and integration of the process.

First session

In the first session Laura relived a past life as a woman institutionalized in a psychiatric hospital in the 1980s, where she suffered repeated sexual abuse by male staff. She recognized the main abuser as a symbolic representation of her current paternal grandfather. In that same life, she caught her husband with a lover; as revenge, he manipulated the authorities to have her declared insane. As a result, she was forcibly separated from her children, experiencing immense guilt and deep pain for abandoning them. During the catharsis, Laura expressed through tears: “I didn’t want to leave them… forgive me, my children…” This unresolved trauma intensified her sense of worthlessness and obsessive guilt towards male authority figures, especially her father in this life. Therapeutic intervention facilitated emotional catharsis, cleansing of residual energies, elevation of souls involved to the light and energetic sealing of the traumatic memory.

Synthesis: Although the OCD persisted, this session allowed for a deep emotional release, bodily relief and recovery of vital energy. The client recognized the true beginning of a transformative process.

Second Session

Here Laura explored her intrauterine life. Laura relived intense feelings of rejection and loneliness within her mother’s womb. Multiple errant souls attached since conception were detected; one of them admitted to having energetically abused her innocence and drained her vital energy. In a moment of deep catharsis, Laura whispered: “Now I know my mother did what she could, I choose to live.” These entities were released and guided to the light with the help of spiritual guides, sealing their access portals. Subsequently, Laura rebalanced her masculine and feminine energies lost during this period and visualized forgiveness towards her biological mother, reinforcing acceptance and love. The energetic womb was completely purified and restored.

Synthesis: Although the OCD persisted, this session produced deep liberation, cleansing of the energy field and a concrete step towards the integration of her identity. The client experienced inner peace, greater emotional clarity and a renewed connection with her life force.

Third Session

At this time Laura first accessed a childhood memory of energetic abuse by an intrusive errant soul. This entity took advantage of her innocence, feeding intrusive thoughts that distorted her fear towards her father. She later relived a crucial past life in the Middle Ages where she was kidnapped and raped; notably, the first rapist in that life was recognized as her father in this incarnation. Upon recognizing this, through sobs she said: “Now I understand everything, no more fear, no more hatred.” This recognition of the soul relationship marked a key milestone in her healing process. This traumatic experience caused significant soul fragmentation, an unconscious obsessive fear of men, obsessive thoughts linked to her father and a deep sense of uncleanliness and guilt. During the session, all related spiritual interference was released: the errant soul was elevated to the light, soul fragments were recovered and her entire energy field was reinforced and sealed. Laura regained her inner sovereignty, transforming her relationship with her sexuality and trust in masculine energy.

Synthesis: This third session consolidated the healing process. At a therapeutic level, it confirmed the complete disappearance of OCD and a new internal relationship with sexuality based on freedom, respect and trust.

Results

From the first session, Laura experienced a notable improvement in the frequency and intensity of her obsessive thoughts, feeling lighter and with a deep understanding of her internal story. After the three sessions, she reported a drastic reduction in obsessive thoughts, release of guilt and a renewed sense of self-confidence and emotional balance. She regained trust in masculine energy and began to experience her sexuality without anxiety. Six-month follow-up confirmed stability and absence of relapses.

Patient Testimonial

“I am now experiencing my sexuality as something new, without anxiety for the first time in my life. I am happy; I have regained my trust in masculine energy. My thoughts about my father are gone. And you can’t imagine how beautiful it feels. I never thought this could be possible. Once again, thank you.” – Laura (pseudonym), several months after therapy.

Discussion and Conclusion

This case demonstrates how OCD can be sustained by intertwined layers of transgenerational trauma, intrauterine pain and spiritual parasitism. Regression therapy, complemented by soul release and recovery of soul fragments, proved highly effective in dissolving the obsessive pattern. This work highlights the importance of specialized training and ethical standards in addressing complex traumas and soul fragmentation. Future research and continued case publication will strengthen the scientific framework of regression therapy as a valid complementary clinical tool.

Additional Reflection: This case aligns with the perspectives of authors such as Brian Weiss and Hans Ten Dam, who highlight that unresolved transgenerational trauma and spiritual interference can maintain obsessive patterns despite conventional treatment. By addressing past-life experiences, intrauterine imprints, and errant soul influences, regression therapy offers a deeper path for recovery where traditional approaches may not reach. This emphasizes the need for integrative models that respect both psychological and transpersonal dimensions in clinical practice.

Acknowledgments: The author sincerely thanks the client for her trust and courage in allowing this transformative process to be shared for the benefit of the therapeutic community.
