Evelyn Fuqua*, Ph.D. took her M.A. in counseling from Sacramento State University and her doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology. She worked with the public schools for 33 years as a teacher, resource specialist, and counselor and has been active in legislation and in presenting workshops at the California Association of Counseling and Development. Currently she is in private practice near Sacramento.
