Abstract— This study evaluates the therapeutic effects of regression therapy on clients experiencing physical pain, using data from 865 cases recorded by trainees of the Past Life Regression Academy over a ten-year period. Quantitative analysis of Subjective Units of Distress (SUDs) scores before and after therapy sessions demonstrated statistically significant reductions in reported pain across seven categories. Qualitative data, including a detailed case study, illustrate the emotional and symbolic depth of client experiences.
