Julianne Blake*, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist specializing in the use of imagery as a healing modality in serious illness. She has traveled widely in Asia, trekking over 18,000 foot passes in Nepal and studying in a monastery in the mountains of Taiwan. Her doctoral dissertation was a scholarly investigation of the phenomenon of fire walking; an activity in which she has frequently participated.
