Therapist Survey of Client Experiences (Is.31)

by David Graham

Introduction

Earlier this year the survey of clients that have encountered extra-terrestrial experiences as launched. It was aimed mainly at therapists’ work with clients, although it also included some of the entrants’ own personal encounters. The survey attracted forty submissions of a very wide range, each offering some detail and description of the encounters.
The original motive for launching this survey was to explore whether these encounters were pre-planned before incarnating into the client’s present life. Possibly a voluntary agreement, possibly not voluntary, possibly not at all. The aim of the survey is not focused on the type of extra-terrestrial, or their origins, or their spacecraft, or their technology. It is not even focused on whether the encounter is true or not, or to make judgements on any therapy involved. Neither is it specifically aimed at discovering the purpose of the ET visit, or alternative theories of what might have actually happened.
Out of that original motive, came the idea for a survey that also sought to understand the consequences of these encounters for the client. More than that, what were the consequences of the ‘memory recall’ of the incident? So, the survey was launched.
One of the submissions refers to numerous client regressions over a twenty-five-year period that uncovered experiences of past lives as extra-terrestrials on other planets. This asserts that as souls, many of us have already lived as extra-terrestrial beings on other planets and have even on occasion visited earth. There were also numerous submissions from a therapist of client sessions of ET experiences that also included some of her own encounters. There was also a small handful of other personal firsthand ET encounters. Human clairvoyant abilities were the key for some encounters, picking up on alien forms in unexpected places or perceiving alien characteristics within other
humans too—possibly tuning into ET characteristics from another life?

Psychotherapeutic Services for Persons who Claim UFO Experiences (Is.29)

by R. Leo Sprinkle∗
Introduction
Psychotherapeutic services can be helpful to persons who are experiencing post traumatic stress disorder. Physiological and psychological stress reactions can occur from the effects of abandonment, abuse (corporal, emotional, and/or sexual), loss of relationship, rape, robbery, etc. If abused persons are given competent and compassionate assistance, then often they can learn to cope with their feelings of anger, anxiety, doubt, grief, guilt, pain, shame, etc.
However, in our contemporary society, those persons who describe paranormal/psychic/spiritual crises, or emotional trauma from memories of
possible past lives, often are faced with scoffing or skeptical reactions—not only from their friends and relatives, but sometimes from professional persons, including psychotherapists.
And, if a person describes a UFO experience (including abduction by alien beings, out of body experience, near death experience, bodily marks from a
medical examination, genital examination, past life memories, planetary visions, automatic writing or telepathic communication, and a message or
mission for Humankind, etc.), then the psychological resistance of the psychotherapist, as well as the emotional trauma of the person, can be an
important factor—not only in the processes of psychotherapy, but in the questions of whether services are provided to that person!

How Earthbound Spirits, Ghosts, Demons and ETs Can Affect Your Clients and the Six Steps to Take to Release Them – Peter Wright (Is.26)

by Peter Wright

 Abstract:

This article discusses how to recognize the presence of four kinds of spirit attachments: earthbound spirits, ghosts, demons (negative entities) and extraterrestrials. You will find information on how these entities gain entrance into us as well as reasons why these spirits should be removed. This is followed by an extensive examination of various protocols that can be used to release earthbound spirits, ghosts, negative or dark force entities and extraterrestrials. The article concludes with several client histories, four key elements that can increase susceptibility for entity attachment and some protection tips for you and your clients when working with these kinds of spirit attachments.

10 Most Common Signs of Spirit Attachments

  • Low energy level or sudden loss of physical energy
  • Character shifts or mood swings
  • Inner voice(s) speaking to you – especially if these voices are negative
  • Abuse of drugs (including alcohol)
  • Impulsive behavior
  • Memory problems or poor concentration
  • Repetitious nightmares—Especially if nightmares contain elements of violence
  • Sudden onset of anxiety or depression
  • Sudden onset of physical problems with no obvious cause.
    1. Typically these changes are not supported by usual lab tests or x-ray findings.
    2. Pains that move about the body
    3. Also the pain can fail to respond to traditional medical treatments.
  • A strong emotional and/or physical reaction to reading this article.

Now that I’ve got your attention and probably freaked out a number of you because you have three or more of these Common Signs of Spirit Attachment… let’s continue….

Extra-Terrestrial Contact Experiences: How Regression Therapy Can Help – Barbara Lamb (Is.13)

by Barbara Lamb, M.S., M.F.C.C.

The following paper deals with a highly controversial topic, extraterrestrial abductee reports. Although this topic may seem altogether too controversial to some of our readers, the Editors suggest that you put skepticism aside as you read this paper. We did, and we’re glad we did. The author is a noted authority on the phenomena of abductee reports and their treatment, and her paper is full of valuable information. We think it is also fascinating, and hope you do too. Ms. Lamb begins the paper with the following quotation, and it is a good one to begin with.

There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy. (William Shakespeare, Hamlet)

 Introduction

Regression therapy is the most helpful and effective way I know for getting to the source of a continuing problem, whether past or present life. Sometimes, however, the source of people’s distress is experiences that they may have had with extraterrestrial beings. These beings cause various responses in the people whom they contact, ranging from wonder, awe, and enlightenment to extreme anxiety, phobias, and sometimes, inability to function. For people with any of these responses, regression therapy and integration work can help them assimilate and make sense of their bizarre experiences and function well in their lives, even though these experiences may continue to happen to them.

Interaction between extraterrestrial beings and humans may have been occurring for thousands of years, according to many ancient sources. In our time, contacts and abductions have been reported since the late 1940’s; according to recent polls, at least five million Americans have had these experiences, and it is a world-wide phenomenon.
